THE REALITY

Still running Microsoft 365 the way it was set up on day one?

Most businesses configure Microsoft 365 once, then never touch it again. That's usually where the cost and the risk creep in.

Wasted spend

You're paying full price for licences nobody's logged into in months.

Security gap

Multi-factor authentication isn't switched on for every account, leaving an easy way in.

Oversharing

Copilot is quietly surfacing files and folders it was never meant to touch.

Chaos

Teams and SharePoint have grown into a mess nobody can actually find anything in.

Blind spot

Nobody's watching your Secure Score, so you don't know what's actually at risk.

No Plan

New starters and leavers get set up ad hoc, with access nobody remembers to revoke.

The Reality

Still hoping it won't happen to you?

Most businesses only think about cybersecurity after something goes wrong. Don't wait for that moment.

Ransomware attacks can lock every file in your business within minutes

Phishing emails trick employees into handing over passwords daily

Unpatched software leaves doors open for attackers to walk right in

A single data breach can result in regulatory fines and lost client trust

Most SMBs take over 200 days to even detect that a breach has occurred
